John cannot and does not claim authorship of a single word in this book, other than in the what is included in the “Front Matter.”   The text included in the various sections of the book comes from opinions authored by the judges of our Court of Appeals and our Supreme Court. John’s only role was coming up with the idea to create it, the method of organization and delivery of the information, and the addition of some of the content (other people have also added content).
